• A non-refundable and non-transferable deposit is required in order to secure any bookings. Bookings are a first come first serve basis with a deposit given.
• HST is added to all services and fees.
• The earliest starting time is 7am. Any services requiring an earlier start time prior to 7am will incur a fee of $30 per hour.
• If there are any parking fees/tolls these are to be paid for on the day of the event.

• In the event that the booking is cancelled, the deposit is non-refundable.
• If your booking is cancelled within 60 days of your event, you are subject to pay 50% of the service or you will be blacklisted from future appointments.
• If the event is forced to cancel due to a state of emergency such as natural disaster or global pandemic, then we will grant a complete date transfer within the same calendar year. We must be consulted to find a new suitable date - if you choose a date where we are not available then you would be forfeiting the deposit. Rebooking costs may be associated.
• In the event an emergency arises or something occurs beyond our control (e.g. car accident, illness, etc.) we will send another qualified artist in replacement. If that is not possible, then the full amount you have paid will be refunded for the services that were not fulfilled.

• I cannot be held accountable for allergic reactions. Our products are clean - if you have allergies to any specific ingredients or have sensitive skin, please let us know before your appointment so we can assess accordingly.
• All photos taken by Rayvenne Sarkis (ROXYGLXM) may be used for promotional use (social media, website, portfolio, etc). You can request that no photos are taken if you do not wish to have them taken.
• In the event that something is damaged during your service (equipment, makeup spills, etc.) ROXYGLXM & her team are not held responsible.

• Each makeup application takes 45-60 minutes. In the event where there is more people than time allowed to complete services, there will be an extra artist fee of $30.
• If there are any parking fees/tolls these are to be paid for on the day of the event.

• In the event that the booking is cancelled, the retainer fee is non-refundable and non-transferable.
• If your booking is cancelled within 60 days of your event, you are subject to pay 75% of the services or you will be blacklisted from future appointments.
• Any​ ​member​ ​showing​ ​up​ ​late​ ​for​ ​their​ ​scheduled​ ​service​ ​will​ ​receive​ ​a​ ​shortened service​.
• On event day, any​ ​no-shows​​ will​ ​be​ ​charged​ ​the​ ​full-price​ ​of services.
• Within 60 days of the event, if fewer people need my services than we agreed upon, there'll be a $100 fee per person not attending to cover the reserved time and resources.
